Shipping Policy

48 Hours Shipping Guarantee

Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours from the time the order was placed. Parts orders must be in stock for the stock to ship on time. There might be a low possibility that the item you order will run out of stock. If in that case, you will receiving an email with an expected available date. Once the order is shipped, it will be receiving by 3-9 days, which might affect by changing of the policy of courier company.

Shipment Method

For most order, we ship using UPS and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipment within the 48 contiguous states.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instance, our customer service will contact you to schedule delivery.

Shipping Specials

On occasion, we may offer shipping promotion, such as free or discount shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these special offers are only available within the contiguous 48 hours states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.


Return Policy

Super Drive USA gladly accept returns on all NEW merchandise.

If there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service for instruction. Provide the reason and a clear picture of the order for application, once your application is accepted, you can pack and ship back to us.

All parts must be return in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Once we receive the return order and check, we would return your money as soon as possible.

Noted: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
