Shipping Policy

SAME DAY SHIPPING

If you place your order before 4:30pm (CST), Monday-Friday, your order will be shipped that day. Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship. Approximately 98% of all orders placed leave our warehouses the same day (not including weekends & holidays). Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case you will receive an email with an expected availability date. Once an order has shipped, average UPS Ground transit time is an additional 1 to 3 working days. SHIPMENT METHOD

All orders are shipped Ground standard but we also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air options. We cannot accept PO boxes or an APO. Shipments are made to all 50 states.

SHIPMENT SHORTAGES

Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with a date/package code that is on the label with the part number. This is needed to facilitate quality assurance in identification of additional problems.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted on general, regularly stocked items, as long as they are done within 3 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization, please call TOLL FREE 1-626-330-0070.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in brand new, unused condition. There is a 15% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 10 days. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please call us at TOLL FREE 1-626-330-0070. There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do. As stated above, if the item is being returned for a refund, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
